At Medford, we believe in starting strong with every service. If your lawn is overgrown at the time of your first visit, it may take our team 2 to 3 times longer to properly restore it—establishing clean edges, achieving the right grass length, and setting the standard for ongoing care.

This initial cut will cost extra to ensure your lawn is brought back to a well-maintained condition. After that, your pricing will align with our standard service rates for regular maintenance.

As always, we’ll discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises—just clear communication and quality results.

While our rates are standardised, a few property-specific details can impact the final price:

Lawn Shape & Design
Simple, open lawns are quicker to service. More intricate spaces—with garden beds, trees, or irregular shapes—require additional attention.

Property Access
Good access allows us to use the most efficient equipment. Narrow gates, steep areas, or limited parking may require alternative methods, affecting service time and cost.

Clipping Management
Our standard includes removing clippings to leave your lawn neat and tidy. On larger properties, choosing to mulch or leave clippings onsite can reduce your service cost.

Pet “Deposits”
Our Team is very pet friendly and takes care when onsite. that being said excessive waste left around the property consistently will result in a cancelation of service or additional fee charged.

Our mowing services follow standardised rates based on lawn size and layout, ensuring you receive consistent, high-quality service without any surprises. While every property is different, these guidelines provide a clear foundation for maintaining a healthy, well-presented lawn year-round.

Pricing is set per service, based on a regular maintenance schedule designed to suit Sydney’s climate:

• Fortnightly visits from September to April

• Monthly visits from May to August

This approach ensures your lawn stays in top condition throughout all seasons, with care adjusted to match growth patterns.

How We Handle Rain Days

• If wet weather prevents us from completing your scheduled service, your Team Leader or our office will notify you as soon as possible.

• We will reschedule your service promptly, usually within the same week where availability allows.
